Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Top Vita Shop. We sell and ship vitamins and dietary supplements from the United States to customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe (EU/EEA), Israel, and other international destinations.
Because our products are consumable health goods and many orders are shipped internationally, return eligibility varies by region. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
United States Orders – Free Returns
For customers located in the United States, we offer free returns on eligible items.
U.S. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost.
U.S. Return Exclusions
Free returns do not apply to:
- Opened or used supplements
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
🌍 International Orders (United Kingdom, Europe, Israel & Other Countries)
Due to health, hygiene, customs, and international shipping restrictions, returns are not accepted for international orders once products have been shipped and delivered.
This applies to all vitamins, supplements, capsules, powders, gummies, softgels, liquids, and other consumable products — whether opened or unopened.
United Kingdom & European Union – Consumer Rights Notice
Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases under local consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once delivered.
All supplements sold by Top Vita Shop fall under this category. As a result, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for international orders once delivered.
❗ Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items (All Regions)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A photo of the shipping label (if available)
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:
- A replacement shipment
- A full or partial refund
- Store credit
For health and safety reasons, we generally do not require faulty or incorrect supplements to be returned.
📦 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking confirms that your order was lost in transit, we will offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund
Carrier confirmation is required.
🚫 Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled only before shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
🛃 Customs, Duties & Delivery Delays (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Customs delays are not grounds for refunds
- Any import duties, VAT, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are:
- Issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–10 business days
- Subject to additional processing time by banks or card issuers
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or if the item was incorrect or defective.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Except where required by law, refunds or returns are not available for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Any consumable product after delivery (international orders)
- Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees or taxes
- Delays caused by customs or carriers once delivery is completed
